I am a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT 200hours) and have been teaching both in Singapore and Hong Kong for over 11 years. I specialise in 1-1 yoga coaching and each session is specifically designed and crafted keeping in mind your needs and preferences. My areas of expertise are deep stretching, restorative yoga, yoga therapy, yin yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, pre- natal, chakra meditation, deep relaxation techniques to name a few. I use yoga as therapy to help create a mind-body connection.

We are all genetically different and our bodies act and react based on more than just body fat percentages and BMI. My interest is to provide you with nutrition that is right for you. I also give tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After a few sessions you will see the difference, not just how you look but also how you feel.
